If you are just starting out or would simply like to ask a quick question, simply pick up the phone and give us a call toll free at 800 447-9344 anytime Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST to speak with an actual person.  If you ever receive an automated response during our business hours, please press 0 until someone can pick up.  The automated response only comes in rare circumstances when every phone line is occupied.  Your call is very important to us but we don’t wish to make anyone hold the line so we may ask you for your phone number so someone can return your call as soon as they have a free minute rather than asking you to hold.

We have worked extremely hard to put as much technical assistance into the website as possible.  We are currently updating the site with new products, new tutorials in the How To section, as well as staying current with our technical forum and updating our FAQs.  Please spend some time to learn as much as possible about the products and processes from the site but if at any time during your research you have unanswered questions, please feel free to give us a call and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Another area to search the site is to view a small portion of the many Applications in which Alumilite products are used.  Simply view the Applications link on this page to see some of the amazing things that have been molded and cast using Alumilite’s mold making and casting products.

Alumilite stands behind the products they manufacture and is responsible for the quality of material we manufacture.  In an attempt to assist you in any fashion with your mold making and casting project, we are willing to provide as much technical assistance and examples as possible through the pathways listed above.  However, the final determination of the products suitability is the sole responsibility of the end user.  Alumilite provides applications, tutorials, frequently asked questions, personal experiences, and professional advice solely as guidance in complete good faith that the information we provide is accurate as helpful tools to assist the end user in accomplishing their task.  Through any of the advice, guidance, and assistance, Alumilite does not guarantee the products will work for any specific application simply because it is impossible for Alumilite to control any conditions once the material leaves Alumilite, for example user experience, processing, or environmental conditions.
